What is HypnoReiki?

HypnoReiki is a blend of two deeply relaxing, healing treatments : Hypnotherapy and Reiki. Reiki is an ancient Japanese therapy which uses energy healing that goes through your body's chakras and encourages unblockage and self healing through complete relaxation. Hypnotherapy involves myself as your therapist guiding you through deep relaxation known as hypnosis. When you're in this deeply relaxing state, I can then reach your subconscious mind, and by using positive suggestion, help you make the changes you want.  

Blending the two treatments together is very powerful and effective in helping you relax and giving you that full body and mind reset. This treatment can be tailored to work on a specific issue you may have or have been struggling with, whilst receiving the wonderful healing benefits of Reiki.

What to expect  

 

We will book an initial chat over the phone to discuss how the treatment works and what to expect. We will then discuss why you want HypnoReiki and how it can help you individually. This then helps me tailor the session to your specific needs, should you wish me to change anything. You can then ask anything you wish regarding your treatment. 

For the treatment itself you will remain fully clothed and lay on a very comfortable heated treatment bed. Once the treatment begins, all I need you to do is relax and enjoy my words. I will begin by giving you Reiki and then move on to a Chakra cleanse, and you can simply relax. The second part of the treatment is the Hypnotherapy, at this point in the treatment you are very relaxed and in the perfect state to receive hypnotic suggestion. Whilst I'm doing this I am continuing to give you Reiki.
